These terms cover use of Salon Consultation Pro at salonconsultationpro.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: hello@salonconsultationpro.com or (614) 414-2294.

The service

Salon Consultation Pro is web software for recording hair consultations, formulas, photos, and client notes. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. It is not a booking system and it does not replace your own client records if you need a separate copy.

Accounts

• You must provide a real email and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity under your login.
• A salon owner may invite stylists. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for removing people who should no longer have access.
• One person should not create repeated trials with different emails to avoid paying.

Plans and billing

• Pro is $19 per month for one stylist. New Pro signups include a 7-day trial. A card is required at signup. You are not charged during the trial unless you see a different amount on the Stripe checkout page. After the trial, the subscription renews at $19 until you cancel.
• Salon is $49 per month and includes 5 seats. Extra seats are $25 per block of 5, billed monthly. Salon does not include the 7-day trial.
• Setup is an optional one-time service. We send a payment link after we receive your service list. It is separate from the monthly plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund a period that has already started unless we agree in writing or Stripe issues a refund.

Your content

You keep ownership of the consultations, notes, and photos you enter. You give us permission to host, back up, and display that content so the service can work for you and, if you are on a salon plan, for the salon users you authorize.

You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to store, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape, or resell the service, share logins outside your salon, or upload malware. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or fails to pay.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or a failed payment can interrupt it. Keep your own copy of any formula you cannot afford to lose.

Disclaimer

The service is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide cosmetology, medical, or legal advice. Formulas and retail suggestions you record are your professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salon Consultation Pro is not liable for lost profits, lost client data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel billing at any time. We may close an account that violates these terms or remains unpaid. You can email us to request deletion of your consultations after cancellation.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
